Walters Architects have just secured their first domestic Planning Permission in Oakham, Rutland.

This is the first house extension and refurbishment project we’ve had approval for which came from our new Oakham office last year. We’ve previously secured a project in Uppingham but that was commercial.

We are currently working on a couple more homes in the area and hope to have similar success.
